This dish is a great combination of caramel and chocolate. As soon as you put the caramel chocolate log in your mouth, everyone's mind will be happy. Although this dish is a bit difficult to make. Original materials:

  1. Butter, for greasing
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 125 grams of golden castor sugar
  4. 25 grams of cocoa powder
  5. 50 grams of oats flour
  6. 100 grams of caramel
  7. Icing sugar, for dusting
  8. 50 grams of white chocolate, melted

Filling or filling materials:

  1. 400 ml double cream
  2. 2 tablespoons brown soft sugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (peeled seed powder)

Preparation method:

First you have to mix all the ingredients together to make a filling in a saucepan. Then boil the medium pickle mixture and melt the sugar completely while it is still in the oven. The mixture should then be poured into a small container and refrigerated for a few hours.
