Materials:

  1. Organic turkey - two pounds.
  2. Half a cup of onion - very thin, thin and cut into small pieces.

  7. Bread crumbs - as needed.
  8. Parsley - two tablespoons, crushed.
  9. Fenugreek leaves- dried, two tablespoons.
  10. Shan Shammi Kabab Masala- Two tablespoons.
  11. Chickpeas - a quarter cup, boiled, sprinkled with water.
  12. Salt- A little, kebab spices contain salt, so be careful.
  13. White oil- like frying.

Method:

Knead all the ingredients in a five-finger pan like flour. Mix the bread crumbs so that the mixture is soft but not watery. If you have time, leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to marinate. If you don't have time, start after applying.

Heat a frying pan with oil in a nonstick pan. When the smoke rises, reduce the heat and bring it down to the middle. Wait a while. Because if you try to fry on high heat, the outer part of the kebab will be fried quickly, the inside will remain raw.

Soak the palms of both hands in water and shape the raw meat as desired and keep it in a pan with medium hot oil. Serve fried with two backs.
